By using MCN Engine, you agree to these terms and conditions.
MCN Engine is a founder-operated digital platform and ecosystem that provides discovery, content, communication, advertising, and other online services. MCN Engine develops and operates its own platform features and services while also helping users discover independent third-party websites, applications, tools, and opportunities.
MCN Global Chat (MCGC) is a communication service operated as part of the MCN Engine ecosystem. MCGC allows users to create chat profiles and communicate with other users through the available chat features.
MCN Engine and MCGC may introduce additional features and services over time. Certain services may have additional rules or requirements that apply specifically to those services.
You must meet the minimum age required to use MCN Engine or create an account under applicable law. MCGC users must also meet any applicable age requirements for using the chat service.
If we become aware that an account has been created or used in violation of applicable age requirements, we may restrict, suspend, or terminate the account and take other appropriate action.
Users agree to:
• Use the platform lawfully
• Avoid spam, abuse, harassment, threats, or harmful activity
• Provide accurate information
• Protect their account credentials and access
• Respect other users and their privacy
• Avoid impersonating another person, organization, or MCN Engine representative
• Avoid using MCGC to distribute malicious, fraudulent, deceptive, or unauthorized content
When using MCGC, users are responsible for the content they choose to send, post, upload, or otherwise make available through the service. Users should not share sensitive personal information belonging to themselves or others through public or private chat features unless they have a lawful and appropriate reason to do so.
Users must not impersonate MCN Engine, MCN Global Chat (MCGC), or any MCN Engine employee, administrator, moderator, support representative, partner, or other authorized representative. This includes using names, logos, profile images, branding, screenshots, or other materials in a misleading way to create the appearance of an official relationship or affiliation.
Users must not use MCN Engine or MCGC to conduct phishing, fraud, extortion, identity theft, social engineering, financial scams, or other deceptive activity. This includes pretending to provide official support, account recovery, verification, promotions, prizes, employment, advertising services, or other MCN-related services for the purpose of obtaining money, credentials, identity information, or other sensitive information.
MCN Engine and MCGC will not use unofficial accounts or impersonation tactics to request your password, authentication codes, recovery codes, private keys, or other sensitive authentication information. MCN Engine does not demand unexpected payments through personal accounts, unofficial channels, or unsolicited messages. If official paid services, advertising packages, or other paid offerings are introduced, their applicable prices, payment instructions, and terms will be communicated through clearly identified official channels. Users should be cautious of anyone demanding advance payments under false pretences, promising guaranteed earnings, or claiming that an unexpected payment is required to unlock a reward, recover an account, or receive an unannounced benefit.
Users should be cautious of unexpected messages claiming to represent MCN Engine or MCGC. If you believe someone is impersonating MCN Engine or MCGC, or attempting to obtain money, credentials, or sensitive information by falsely claiming to represent us, please report the activity through our official contact or support channels.
MCN Engine may provide links, buttons, promotions, referrals, or other means of accessing websites, applications, products, or services operated by third parties.
Third-party services operate independently from MCN Engine. We do not:
• Own or operate third-party platforms
• Control external services
• Guarantee the content, availability, reliability, safety, products, services, earnings, or results of third-party services
Users should review the applicable terms, privacy policies, and other policies of any third-party service before using it. Accessing or using a third-party service is at the user's own discretion and is subject to the third party's applicable terms and policies.
MCN Engine may generate revenue through advertising, referral programs, affiliate links, sponsored or promotional content, cost-per-action (CPA) offers, and other approved commercial arrangements.
Some links, offers, promotions, or recommendations presented through MCN Engine, including those appearing in blog articles, the MCN Promo Rail, or other promotional areas, may result in MCN Engine receiving a commission, referral fee, advertising payment, or other compensation if a user clicks a link, signs up for a service, makes a purchase, installs an application, or completes another qualifying action.
Where applicable, MCN Engine may also display advertising provided by third-party advertising platforms. Such advertising may be selected, delivered, personalized, or measured by the applicable advertising provider according to its own systems, policies, and available information. The appearance of an advertisement does not necessarily mean that MCN Engine endorses or guarantees the advertised product, service, company, or offer.
Compensation received by MCN Engine does not guarantee the quality, safety, availability, legitimacy, profitability, or suitability of any third-party product, service, website, application, or offer. Users should review the applicable terms, privacy policies, fees, eligibility requirements, and other conditions before participating.
Promotional opportunities may change over time. MCN Engine may add, remove, suspend, or modify advertising, referral, affiliate, CPA, sponsored, or other promotional arrangements at its discretion and subject to applicable laws and platform policies.
The MCN Promo Rail is a promotional area within MCN Engine that may feature MCN content, MCN Global Chat (MCGC), third-party referral or affiliate opportunities, CPA offers, paid advertiser promotions, sponsored content, and other approved campaigns. Promotional items may be identified or labeled according to their type where appropriate.
The presence of a third-party promotion in the MCN Promo Rail does not by itself mean that MCN Engine owns, operates, guarantees, or endorses the promoted third-party website, application, product, service, or offer.
A link, button, promotion, or referral provided through MCN Engine does not, by itself, constitute an endorsement, partnership, affiliation, or guarantee unless MCN Engine expressly states otherwise.
Likewise, the use of the MCN Engine or MCGC name, logo, colors, screenshots, profile images, or other branding does not by itself establish that a person, account, website, message, or service is operated or authorized by MCN Engine. Users should verify unexpected claims of affiliation through our official contact or support channels.
We reserve the right to take reasonable action to protect MCN Engine, MCGC, our users,
and the integrity of our services, including:
• Remove content that violates these Terms or applicable policies
• Restrict, suspend, or terminate accounts
• Remove or restrict profiles that impersonate MCN Engine, MCGC, or their representatives
• Investigate suspected spam, abuse, fraud, phishing, impersonation, or other harmful activity
• Monitor platform activity for security, abuse prevention, and service protection
• Preserve or disclose information when required by applicable law or lawful legal process
We may take action against activity occurring through MCGC or other MCN Engine services when reasonably necessary to protect users, the platform, or the public.
Users may request deletion of their MCN Engine or MCGC account, subject to applicable legal, security, and operational requirements.
When an account is deleted, access to associated account features may be removed or disabled. Certain information may be retained where required by law or reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, enforcement of these Terms, or legitimate record-keeping purposes.
Deletion of an account does not necessarily remove information that has already been shared with other users, processed by third-party services, or retained for legitimate legal or security purposes.
MCN Engine aims to provide reliable services but does not guarantee that the platform will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device or system. To the extent permitted by applicable law, MCN Engine is not liable for losses arising from independent third-party websites, applications, products, services, or offers that MCN Engine does not own or control. Users are responsible for evaluating third-party opportunities and making informed decisions before sharing information, making payments, or participating in external services. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability, consumer rights, or other legal responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use means acceptance of the updated terms.
